MSAAPQPSPC航天航空质量管理项目管理
岗位职责:
Responsibilities：
-Support SCQMs in Asia for Airbus Atlantic contracts, ensuring supplier compliance, activity control, and a comprehensive understanding of supplier scope.
-Ensure convergence toward industrial maturity (quality fundamentals, FAI control, change notification compliance).
-Implement and monitor APQP activities, including FMEA, Key Characteristics (KC/KPP), MSA, SPC, and Control Plans.
-Assist SCQMs in defining and tracking monitoring plans.
-Conduct product audits and manage non-conformances (8D, 9S), SARI, and QSR events.
-Analyze quality data to resolve supplier and customer issues, defining recovery and improvement plans.
-Lead supplier development projects (e.g., E2E FAI maturity).
-Support Airbus Atlantic and supplier audits (EASA, EN9100) and action plan follow-ups.
-Identify supplier risks and propose mitigation strategies.
-Report supplier performance (KPIs, evaluations) and manage audit approvals.
-Familiarize yourself with relevant tools and systems.
任职要求:
1.Broad(8-10)experience in aerospace/manufacturing environment with a focus on supplier management or part quality or project management in engineering
2.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, aviation sciences, quality systems, or a related field
3.Fluency in English and Chinese (French is a plus)
4.Good command of technical drawings
5.Knowledge of problem resolution/root cause analysis (8D, etc.)
6.Technical experience in operations, methods or engineering / quality methods and tools (8D, RCA, FMEA, …)
7.Working knowledge of APQP principles and the ability to lead and train others related to the skillset.
8.Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles (certification preferred)
9.Familiar with AS 9100
10.Excellent analytical skills
11.Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
