Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement [80%]
销售目标达成 [80%]
Develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities to achieve order intake targets and key account development targets in the following aspects:
通过专业的销售活动,拓展现有客户和新客户的业务,实现以下几个方面的入单目标和大客户开发目标:
• Develop and maintain automotive supply chain Key Accounts (KAs), exploring potential business opportunities;
• 开发和维护汽车产业链关键客户,挖掘潜在商机;
• Promptly respond to and follow up on customer inquiries;
• 及时响应并跟进客户的问询;
• Drive and coordinate internal resources to secure customer cooperation projects;
• 推动和协调内部资源,以获取客户合作项目;
• Prepare agreements and quotations for customers and support solution presentations in face-to-face meetings or teleconferences;
• 为客户准备协议与报价,并支持面对面或电话会议中的解决方案演示;
• Collect market intelligence, including information on competitors and automotive industry trends;
• 收集市场信息,包括竞争对手及汽车行业趋势;
• Ensure proper invoicing and customer payment collection to meet company requirements;
• 确保准确的发票开具与客户收款,以满足公司要求;
2. Sales Development [10%]
销售发展 [10%]
• Organize marketing activities to support business development and enhance the brand image of TÜV Austria;
• 组织市场活动,以支持业务发展并提升TÜV Austria品牌形象;
• Participate in assigned technical training to continuously improve technical knowledge;
• 参加指定的技术培训,以持续提升技术知识;
3. Sales Operation and Support [5%]
销售运营与支持 [5%]
• Adhere to sales operation policies in daily sales activities;
• 在日常销售活动中遵守销售运营政策;
• Attend sales meetings or other meetings as assigned by the Line Manager as required;
• 按要求参加销售会议或直线经理指派的其他会议;
• Complete sales reports or documents as required by the Business Line;
• 完成业务线要求的销售报告或文件;
4. Others [5%]
其他 [5%]
• Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager;
• 完成直线经理分配的其他任务;
任职条件
Qualifications
• Associate degree or higher;
• 大专或以上学历;
• Strong learning, organizational, and communication skills;
• 优秀的学习、组织与沟通能力;
• Excellent market development skills, with the ability to build high-level customer relationships;
• 出色的市场开拓能力,具备建立高层客户关系的能力;
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry;
• 至少3年汽车行业销售工作经验;
• Experience in homologation, automotive functional safety, or cybersecurity is preferred;
• 具备汽车合规认证、功能安全或网络安全经验者优先;
• Good command of English, both oral and written.
• 良好的英语口语和书面能力。
