外资药企/区域事务助理

Principal Accountabilities：
1、Be responsible for regional marketing event to make sure all marketing activities complied with compliancepolicies
负责区域市场活动，保证所有的市场活动符合合规政策;
2、Provide related marketing event application, payment and other documents complied with compliance policy
遵照合规政策，提供市场活动的申请、费用支付以及其他相关文件。Other Assistant related jobs其它助理工作:
1、Complete various reports and ensure accuracy as per requested
根据要求，完成每月各类表格填写，确保表格准确性;
2、Assistant to complete PpT as per requested.
根据要求，协助上级领导完成PPT制作;
3、Attend department meeting and make meeting minutes
参与部门会议，整理相关会议记录:
4、Assist to do expense report.
协助完成部门每月相关费用报销:
5、Prepare, manage and archive the relevant documents required for each product, and update the data when change occur.
准备、管理和存档各产品相关材料，并根据产品变更情况，随时更新资料;
6、Summarize business-related information and update it in time for the convenience of superior leaders to check
汇总业务相关信息，并实时更新，便于上级领导随时查阅;
7、Be responsible for internal and external communication.
负责内外部沟通及上传下达;
8、Assist on logistic arrangement of local event.
支持当地活动的后勤安排;
9、Other ad-hoc job assigned by manager.
其他上级交代的任务。
Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job)：
1、High standards of ethics and integrity.
较高的道德标准、为人正直
2、Proficient in PPT & EXCEL, speak fluent English.
精通PPT以及Exce1操作，英语流利
3、At least 3 years’ working experience, experiences in MNC or healthcare is preferred but not a must
3年及以上工作经验，跨国公司或医药行业尤佳
4、Good and strong communication,influencing and interpersonal skils
良好的沟通能力，影响力及人际交往能力
5、Self-motivated, good communicator, excellent team player and ability to work independently under pressure.
