Area Sales Manager

Responsibility:
• As Area
  Sales Manager, you are the first point of contact for your customers in a defined sales territory
• You are a networker ready to manage, expand, and further develop our existing sales territory
• You win over your customers preferably in personal meetings on-site,while also maintaining contact using digital tools
• You continuously expand the customer base through the acquisition of
  new clients
• You identify and awaken customer needs and thereby create long-term
  relationships to the benefit of end users
• You coordinate the involvement of specialists who support you in sales situations as needed
• You work closely with the internal sales team and sales management to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market our products

Requirement:
· You are permanently based in the sales region and bring experience in sales or business administration – or you’re looking for a new challenge as a career changer from a skilled trade
· You love selling and engaging with customers
· You enjoy being responsible for your own success
· You are characterized by an independent and proactive work style and
go the extra mile to achieve your goals
· You have a strong emotional connection to wood as a material, which helps
you inspire customers
· You enjoy traveling regularly within South China and hold a valid driver’s license
