City Freelance Operations Manager – (Onsite)

岗位职责
1. Analyze and regulate urban supply and demand dynamics to improve Keeta’s freelance’s operation and management capabilities in the Middle East.
2. Decompose objectives and deploy freelance capacity to ensure the overall experience and delivery costs of freelance’s targets are achieved.
3. Collaborate with back-office operations teams to advance the iterative upgrading of the freelance strategic capabilities; partner with 3PLs to empower freelance capacity recruitment.
4. Monitor daily operational data, promptly identify business issues, and drive problem-solving and strategy implementation.
岗位基本需求
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years of work experience, with freelance operations experience, O2O or related industry operations experience preferred; a background in supply-demand strategy operations is a plus.
2. Strong data analysis skills, able to drive the discovery and resolution of business issues through data.
3. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of proactively collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance business improvements.
