l Main responsibility is to create or future customer journeys, review and analysis chat utterances from customer/bot conversation, design questions based on the analysis result. l With Technical background, able to work on low-coding platform, write & debug with Python or JS code (proficient level, no need expert). l The design of use cases will be based on deep understanding of banking business knowledge. Hence require bank industry knowledge or related project experience. l Since we*re going to work with HK team closely, experience of HK projects will be a plus. l Other soft skill such as communication/stakeholder management, etc.
