Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Project Execution: Lead and deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones and scope objectives are met within budget and schedule (Q, C, D).
项目执行：主导并负责项目从启动到落地的全过程，确保在预算与进度内达成所有里程碑及范围目标（质量、成本、交期）。
2. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of support staff. Cultivate a culture of results ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
团队管理：管理、指导并培养小型支持团队，塑造结果导向、协作共赢与持续改善的团队文化。
3. Customer Relations: For your projects, act as the primary liaison for clients, manage their expectations, and maintain strong, professional relationships.
客户关系：作为所负责项目的主要对接人，管理客户预期，维护稳固、专业的合作关系。
4.Multifunctional leadership: Act as the leader of your projects, across a taskforce of internal and external stakeholders (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, NPI and Quality) to successfully deliver against the project scope, and with proactive risk management via common tools like DFX, PFMEA and PPAP/FAIR.
跨职能协同：作为项目负责人，统筹内外部相关方（工程、市场、销售、新产品导入、质量），依托DFX、PFMEA、PPAP/FAIR等工具，主动进行风险管理，确保项目按范围成功交付。
5. English: Strategic Involvement: Participate in strategic planning sessions, contribute to risk management and mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with the company’s long-term goals.
Chinese: 战略参与：参与战略规划会议，提供风险识别与应对方案，确保项目与公司长期目标保持一致。
6. English: Reporting: Generate comprehensive project reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure stakeholders are regularly informed about project status and deviations.
汇报工作：编制完整项目报告，维护准确文档，定期向相关方同步项目状态与偏差情况。
Qualifications & Experience / 任职要求
1. Degree in technical, science & math fields preferred.
工科、理科、数学类相关专业优先。
2.7+ years of project management experience in related manufacturing field.
7年以上制造行业相关项目管理经验。
3. Demonstrated coaching and people leadership experience.
具备团队辅导与人员管理实战经验。
4.Ability to positive influence others both within your team and across departments will be key as PM.
能够对团队及跨部门人员产生积极正向影响力，是本岗位核心能力。
5.Growth mindset: desire to continuously learn and grow personally and as a team with others.
