1. 编制标准化的产品技术资料；
2. 分析海外市场应用需求，解读相关标准与规范，提出产品功能优化建议；
3. 协助销售团队完成海外客户需求对接，提供专业技术支持与问题解答；
4. 面向代理商及客户开展线上与线下培训；
5. 跟进产品在实际应用场景中的运行情况，具备故障诊断与维修能力。
1. Develop standardized technical documentation for products.
2. Analyze application requirements in overseas markets, interpret applicable standards and regulations, and provide recommendations for product functionality improvements.
3. Support the sales team in aligning with overseas customer needs by delivering professional technical assistance and resolving technical inquiries.
4. Deliver online and offline training programs to distributors and customers.
5. Monitor product performance in real-world applications and demonstrate capability in fault diagnosis and repair.
任职资格：
1. 熟悉光伏、储能、充电桩、电动汽车及燃料电池等相关行业，具备相关领域工作经验者优先；
2. 具备出色的沟通能力与应变能力，思维积极，性格开朗，具有良好的团队合作精神；
3. 精通英语口语与书面表达，能够以英语作为工作语言者优先；
4. 能够接受定期出差及短期海外派驻安排；具备长期驻外意愿者优先考虑；
5. 须在总部接受3-6个月产品相关、专业技术知识培训；
6. 具有较高的综合素质和职业操守，具有较强的责任心和安全保密意识。
1. Familiarity with the photovoltaic, energy storage, charging infrastructure, electric vehicle, and fuel cell industries is preferred; prior work experience in related fields is a strong advantage.
2. Excellent communication skills, strong adaptability, a positive mindset, an outgoing personality, and demonstrated teamwork capabilities are essential.
3. Fluency in both spoken and written English; candidates who can use English as a working language will be given preference.
4. Regular business travel and short-term international assignments must be acceptable; willingness to undertake long-term overseas postings is highly desirable.
5. Required to complete a 3–6 month training program at headquarters covering product-related knowledge and professional technical expertise.
6. High level of overall competence and adherence to professional ethics. Strong sense of responsibility, along with awareness of security and confidentiality protocols.
