1. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports in relation to work orders, engineer time cards, warranty claims, and customer invoices.

2. Act as the contact and liaison between the customer and the maintenance department in matters of scheduling future work and invoicing work after completion.

3. Provide a total cost estimate for the work to be performed: labour, material, and outside services.

4. Continuously improve the job estimate, planning, and scheduling by receiving feedback from maintenance supervisors, maintenance leads, production supervisors, engineers, and production planners.

5. Identify and secure all parts and material required to complete the work by providing stores with the work order.

6. Maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to improve the company’s ability to file claims efficiently and recover settlement amounts.

7. Ensure compliance with all OEM requirements and warranty procedures, including proper documentation (files/warranty service records) and retention of all warranty claims; ensure all processing and reporting of warranty claims are completed in a timely manner.

8. Manage daily operations of warranty and planning departments, including workload, work in progress (WIP), OEM compliance, and other warranty or planning issues or concerns.

9. Develop and monitor reports for reimbursement rates, service letters, claims, and activities.

Experience / Skills

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above.

2. Experience: 3+ years in technical admin or planning, preferably in aviation.

3. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Familiar with OEM requirements and industry regulations.
3. 技能： 熟练掌握 Microsoft Office 及 ERP 系统，具备较强的组织能力、分析能力和沟通能力，熟悉 OEM 要求及行业法规。
