Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Material and Tool Management:

· Manage and maintain inventory of all aviation materials and tools, ensuring proper storage and safety to prevent damage or loss.
· 管理并维护所有航空材料和工具的库存，确保物品的合理存放和安全保存，避免损坏和遗失。
· Oversee the issuance and return of materials and tools, ensuring timely returns and maintaining inventory accuracy.
· 负责材料和工具的发放和回收登记，确保及时归还并保持库存的完整性和准确性。
2. Documentation and Record Keeping:

· Organize and maintain all relevant records, including inventory logs, maintenance records, and usage logs to ensure accurate tracking of materials and tools.

· Perform compliance checks to ensure all operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

· Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely supply of necessary materials and tools to support ongoing maintenance tasks.

Experience / Skills:
经验/技能要求：
· Education:Associate's Degree or higher in Logistics Management, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
l 学历： 大专及以上学历，物流管理、机械工程、航空管理或相关领域优先。
· Work Experience:At least 3 years of experience in aviation material management or a related field.
l 工作经验： 至少3年航空材料管理或相关领域工作经验。
· Skills Required:Strong knowledge of material and tool management principles and practices.
· 技能要求：熟悉材料和工具管理的基本原理，了解航空材料的安全使用和维护要求。
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant database systems.

· Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong communication abilities.
