Product Development Specialist (小家电方向)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for Household Appliances product development, price negotiation and quote preparation from prototype to production.
- Teamwork with sourcing, engineers, peers to align company goals and objectives, and build positive relationship with internal working partners.
- Monitor and manage third-party laboratories, suppliers, factories during the production process to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.
- Cooperate with internal & external parties, to drive new product development, and suggest efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
- Coordinating with US team to come up with new ideas, proposing new vendors and OTS samples for marketing buy in.

Qualifications
- College or above qualification
- 5 years solid working experience or above in product development or merchandising field experienced in Household Appliances product category preferred. Engineer background will be plus.
- Experience in reading the CAD file.
- Strong understanding of the new product development process from conceptual to product completion, including testing and user acceptant test performance.
- Experience in major buying offices/agents or manufacturing & familiar with US & European market trend and standard required.
- Good communication skills with fluent English in both written and spoken & Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, etc
- Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented, independent, a problem solver and good team player
- Frequent travel required
