Intern Project – Video & Animation (Product Focus)
Position Title: Video & Animation Intern (English Working Environment)
Target Candidate: Master’s-level students (or equivalent experience)
Role Focus
This internship focuses on creating two types of videos:
Product explainer videos that clearly demonstrate software features and workflows using real UI.
Concept explainer animations that use motion graphics to visually explain technical or abstract ideas.
The role is designed for graduate-level interns who can own small video projects end-to-end with guidance
Job Responsibilities
Video Type 1: Product Explainer Videos
Create short product feature videos based on real software UI (screen capture, screenshots, or mockups).
Use motion graphics, callouts, highlights, zooms, and sequencing to explain workflows and value clearly.
Accurately understand English product materials and technical documentation and translate them into clear visual narratives.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy.
Video Type 2: Concept Explainer Animations
Create motion-graphics-driven animations to explain abstract or technical concepts (e.g., system logic, data flow, process steps).
Design storyboards and visual metaphors that make complex ideas easy to understand.
Produce animations suitable for company websites, presentations, and product marketing.
General Collaboration
Participate in script visualization, storyboard design, vector graphic production, and animation compositing.
Iterate quickly based on structured feedback and clear design direction.
Qualifications (Intern Level)
Motion Graphics / Video Skills
Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing. Familiarity with tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. Not all tools are required.
Portfolio
A portfolio demonstrating explainer videos, product walkthroughs, concept animations, or related work. Academic and personal projects are welcome.
English Working Ability
Able to understand written English product materials and participate in basic English discussions. Perfect English is not required.
(The interview will be conducted in English.)
Conceptual Thinking
Interest in explaining complex or abstract ideas visually using animation, diagrams, or storytelling.
Learning Mindset
Curious, self-motivated, and willing to learn new tools and technical domains with guidance.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (or final year of a strong Bachelor’s program) in Animation, Digital Media, Motion Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Portfolio quality matters more than degree level.
