Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
- To standby and respond to medical and trauma emergenciesthat may occur onsite.
准备并应对现场可能发生的医疗和创伤紧急情况；
- To maintain the clinic as a safe place for treatment of minor ailments and injuries
确保医务室在治疗轻微疾病和伤害时的安全卫生；
- To provide primary nursing care and first aid to all patients with ailmentsand first aid injuries.
为所有患有疾病和急救损伤的患者提供初级护理和急救；
- To provide initial medical support following the order fromsite doctor.
根据现场医生的指示提供初步医疗支持；
- To evacuate/refer the patient tothe nearest approved medical support facility or our own clinic if medicalsituation needed
如有医疗情况需要，疏散/将患者转至最近的经批准的医疗支持机构或莱佛士医疗诊所；
- Escalation of accidents/incidents to Head Nurse
及时将发生的事故汇报给上级；
- To monitor any epidemics in the area, and implementnecessary prevention measures by consulting with RM and clients.
通过与莱佛士医疗负责人和客户的协商，监控区域内的任何流行病，并实施必要的预防措施
- To be responsible for tracking and reporting any infectiousdisease in the site clinic to local CDC asrequired by Chinese regulation.
负责按照中国法规的要求，跟踪并向当地疾控中心报告现场诊所的任何传染病；
- Maintaining concise records of all staff health documents
保持所有员工健康文件的简明记录；
- Managing staff medical records throughout the year
管理全年员工医疗记录；
- To set up necessary procedures to comply with RM standards,and ensure the nurse station/clinic is functioning well. Responsible for themaintenance of the facility, stocktaking/inventory, and data management.
建立必要的程序以符合莱佛士医疗标准，并确保护士站/诊所运作良好。负责设备的维护、盘点和数据管理；
- Safely storing and administering prescription medicine
安全储存和管理处方药；
- Maintaining, updating and securing supplies in the clinic for the treatment of medical conditions,injuries and accidents while on-site.
维护、更新和保障诊所内治疗用品充足；
- Updating and maintaining all records of accident andinjuries occurring in the site section. Notifying the principal of accidentsand injuries via the Accident Form.
更新和维护现场发生的所有事故和伤害记录。通过维护《事故表格》向客户汇报意外及受伤情况。
- To prepare and deliver any other health related programagreed between client and RM , under the supervision of RM MAC
在莱佛士医疗的监督下，准备并执行客户和莱佛士医疗之间达成的任何其他健康相关计划；
- Undertake periodic health and hygiene inspections of sitefacilities and provide assistance in identifying health and hygiene needs.
定期对现场设施进行健康卫生检查，协助确定健康卫生要求；
- To follow company procedures and guidelines as defined in RMstandard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
遵守莱佛士医疗和客户方的标准操作规程和指导方针。
Requirement 任职资格:
- Graduate of Nursing. Minimum 3years ofpracticalnursing experience.
护理专业，大专以上学历。3年以上护理工作经验；
- Current Nursing Registration in the PRC. A sound nursing knowledge based in nursing acute illnesses.
持有国内有效期内护士上岗资格证书，并具备扎实的急性疾病护理知识；
- Proficiency in English, especially in medical English.
具备良好的（医疗行业）中英文沟通技能；
- Competent Computer literacy.
具备熟练的计算机操作技巧。
