投标经理

Develop and prepare tender proposals
Read and split the bidding documents quickly
Prepare the RFQs and send the RFQs to suppliers
Gather suppliers offers, and check offers
Gather and check the bidding documents
Compile and package bidding documents
Input and maintain bidding commercial check list and supplier list into company database
Perform all other duties as assigned unless noted as nonessential
Requirements:
Strong ownership and team spirit
Good at communication skills
Bachelor Degree，prefer major in Electrification, Energy, Engineering or related fields
At least 5 years relevant working experience
Good at MS Excel, Word and Acrobat applications
Good at analytical and data processing skills is preferred
Experience in overseas EPC bidding is preferred
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, coworkers, managers and customers
Work place: Houshayu, Shunyi, Beijing
