About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support our Program Coordinators team. The primary focus of this role is to assist in the preparation of pre-program client documents and ensure all materials are organized and accurate before program delivery. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in educational travel operations and client coordination.
Responsibilities:
• Support in reviewing and verifying participant information for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading pre-departure documents (e.g., pre-departure guides, invitation letters, train seat maps, rooming lists, etc.).
• Help prepare Mini Program products and pre-program questionnaires.
• Assist in answering parent inquiries on the WeChat Mini Program platform.
• Schedule internal coordination meetings and assist with note-taking and action item follow-ups.
• Help expand and update the team's database.
Requirements:
• Proficient in both English and Chinese.
• Strong client service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
