商务谈判市场开发国际商务商务拓展业务开发
Job Description
• Independently manage existing business in the designated territory. Maintain relationships with current customers and Prospect potential customers. Prepare, implement and monitor the short- and long-term business plan for the designated territory.
• Represent the company at various community and business meetings to promote the company.
• Build strong understanding of new customers and their marketplaces through a broad range of information sources, identify and lead new business opportunities with the customers in the designated territory.
• Design and execute business development, sales and marketing strategies.
• Serve as an initial touchpoint for all new customers and leads. Draft and present contract proposals to customers.
• Uncover and evaluate customers’ needs for CRTDMO business and manage execution of CDA/NDA by closely working with internal teams.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet client project requirements. Provide a high level of customer support. Work directly with customers and ensure customer service levels exceed expectations.
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor’s degree in life science background, such as pharmaceutics, medical or biology. An advanced degree (MSc, PhD) or equivalent is preferred.
• Native or entirely fluent in English, Chinese is a plus.
• Strong negotiating skills and Effective communication skills.
• Strong network in CDMO and pharmaceutical market in the designated territory.
• Strong experience in business development, sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical/CDMO/CRO industry.
• Experience in the life sciences industry with preference given to pharmaceutical industry including development, CRO, CDMO and bioprocessing, especially for the below listed Business Units
• Biologics Drug Substance Development and Manufacturing services
• Pharmaceutical Development, Formulation Development and Clinical Trial Material (CTM) Manufacturing services for Drug Products
• Commercial Manufacturing services for Drug Products
• Recombinant protein and peptide services
• Nano-antibody services
• Plasmid DNA services
• Vaccine services
• mRNA services
• Dynamic and highly self-motivated, result-driven and detail-oriented individual
• SalesForce or CRM familiarity desired
• Ability to travel as required
