Customer Support- Overseas

Job Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for bidding and qualification review of domestic and overseas projects.
-Take charge of order project execution and tracking.
-Handle import-export related documents and file management.
-Arrange project acceptance and reception for visiting clients.
-Provide differentiated business support for projects.
-Coordinate and communicate with production, clients and sales teams to promote project implementation.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or above in English or electrical-related majors.
-Proficient in English (can use as working language).
-Strong team collaboration skills, self-motivation, and result-orientation.
-Good learning ability and adaptability to changes.
-Familiar with project management process.
-Proficient in office software.
