Production Trainee-(Organic/Inorganic Material)

Responsibilities:
● Support production department from daily work, include:HSE, Quality & Productivity
● Learn professional management tools including 5S, OpEx by serial training, and use these tools to improve and optimize workshop
● Coordinate with other departments to support production improvements.(Quality problem solving, TPM, cost saving...)
● Learn production process and production equipment of Voith Paper Operations by rotation in different dept.
● Learn and master the products and process of Voith Paper FRS System
● Learn Voith quality standard and put the standard into practice to improve yield rate
● Reserve of talents for engineer or supervisor directions
Requirements:
● Bachelor or above at chemical-engineering
● Organic/Inorganic material background
● Both oral and written in English
● Good communication skill
● Basic office skills
