Mechanical Roll Service Process Engineer

岗位职责 Responsibilities:
* 工艺优化与改进，分析现有的生产工艺流程，设计并实施工艺改进方案，开展工时测定，产能分析
Process optimization and improvement, analyze exixting production processes,
design and implement process improvement solutions, conduct itme studies,
capacity analysis.
* 负责指定新产品的工艺流程，作业指导书和控制计划
Develop process flow charts, SOP and control plans for new product.
* 快速响应并解决生产的异常技术问题，并原因分析
Respond quickly to ad reslove abnormal technical isues on production line, and
performing root caus(RCA).
* 减少生产过程中的异常，提升产品质量和一致性
Reduce variation in the production process to improve produce quality and
consistency.
* 工装夹具的设计及改进
Design fixtures and improvement
* 与生产，质量，采购，技术部门紧密合作，确保项目的顺利推进
Work closely with Production, Quality, Purchasing and Technical departments to
ensure the smooth progress of process projects
* 与厂商沟通，解决来料或者外协加工相关的工艺问题
Communicate with supplier to resolve process-related issues with incoming
material or outsourced processing.,
* 标准化文档的制作
Standardization & Documentation
* 主动性强，抗压性高

岗位要求 Requirements:
* 机械等相关理工科专业,本科及以上学历
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering relevant major.
* 需要有2年以上机械行业工作经验，有1年项目管理经验为佳
Above 2 years machinal experience in manufacturing, better with 1 year
experience in project management.
* 英语读说写基础
Basic Communication with English
* 熟练使用CAD绘图2D或者3D软件绘图
Proficient in using 2D/3D software ,such as CAD .
* 熟悉使用Office
Proficient in using Office.
