bout the Role
This position will take lead cross-functional team for TATA,MSIL, Mahindra projects (India OEM).
This position perform a variety of tasks which includes but not limited to coordinate resources and stakeholders to set up project time line, project scope, work breakdown. And monitor the process of project launch & completion of each function.
Your Team

What You Will Do
Manage 2-3 audio projects (Amplifier & Speaker), From Project kick off to Project launch readiness.
Define tasks/work breakdown in project lifecycle & set target for each member
Coordinate with AME team for DV samples building plan, line readiness, material preparation ,Samples delivery which includes samples packaging data preparation & coordinate logistic team for custom clearance documentations preparation, picking up
Follow up Tooling PO process
PV kick off with mass production plant. Follow up PV readiness in China plants which includes fixture, material, trial-run, pre-PV.
Follow up DV, PV validation process
Identify program issues as early as possible and drive resolution at the team level. If resolutions require management intervention, escalate to appropriate management personnel with proposed alternatives.
Lead and work with globally team to make sure the projects delivered on time, on quality and under budget.
Lead the project move forward from early concept stage, design frozen and pass all customer requirements, lead the project industrialization until SOP smoothly at HARMAN globally plants for customer.
What You Need
Minimum 5 years of experience of project management in automotive
Background in Automotive Electronics and Audio systems preferred. Understanding of embedded software in audio electronics.
Understand all of the technical detail of the products used in all systems, both electrical and mechanical
Good oral and written English
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
MS office, SAP skill
