1. Develop, implement, deploy and manage Control Plans to ensure the reliability of the processes and product.
2. Ensure that all applicable standards of quality are known, understood, implemented and are aligned to meet customer specific requirements.
3. Sets and monitors SPC data to ensure delivery of consistent quality from suppliers or to customers.
4. Leads and follows-up responds to customer concerns with regards to quality.
5. Plans and coordinates the preparation and submission of PPAP documents.
6. Participate in the checking fixture and holding fixture buyoff.
7. Assists with PFMEAs and APQP activities.
8. Participate in the APQP gate reviews, technical reviews etc. and report on the status of plant activities.
9. Leads and follows-up the PPAP document checklist.
10. Maintain Lessons learned data bases to provide feedback for projects and processes.
11. Assists in the development of standardized work processes and process improvements.
12. Leads and follows-up with execution and timing of the pre-production build quality requirements.
13. Sets standards for determining non-conforming materials and scrap review.
14. Establish a robust corrective process throughout the product delivery process;
15. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity and system deficiency;
16.Seek opportunities for continuous improvement through the application of lean manufacturing techniques;
17. Conducts root cause analysis for any failure at customer side, and assist responsible department to define preventive & corrective actions.
18. Identify potential opportunities and risks for improvement on behalf of customer.
19. Provides quality reports required by customer or other interested parties in accordance to customer needs and requirements.
20. Assist project manager to prepare for customer audit and follow up.
21. Assists in the implementation of ISO and TS initiatives.
22. To improve the safety, occupational health and environment protection related with work flow.
23. Other activities as related to the scope of the position. Perform other duties as assigned.
24.Responsible for planning and implementing safety, occupational health and environment protection management, and support manpower and material resources in order to support team complete target under the support of EHS team.
25.Understand and comply with execution the requirements of the ISO50001\ISO14001\ISO45001\two combination\green plant\safety production standardization construction and IATF16949 system .
