职位描述
l Cooperation in offer team, create offer time schedule and project data sheets
配合报价小组、制定时间进度表和项目数据表
l Create and distribute internal order, organize Kick- off meeting
制定并发布内部订单,组织项目启动会
l The first contact person for customer and internal after internal order releasing
till project end
从下项目内部订单起到项目结束作为面对客户的第一联系人
l Responsible for reaching the internal and with customer contractually defined project
targets,including delivery scope, time schedule, quality and costs
负责达到内部及与客户在合同中定义的项目目标，包括交货范围、时间进度表、
质量和成本
l Visit customers regularly, organize team meeting with project team to review project status and issues; push project team to solve OPL in time; Timely report project status to customers, management and project team
定期拜访客户，与项目组一起组织项目会议，回顾项目进展和问题，推动项目组及时
解决OPL问题，及时向客户、管理层和项目组汇报项目进展情况
l Work in quality security plan in project plan 在项目计划中引入质量安全计划
l Arrange and implement the risk management 安排并执行风险管理
l Timely escalate by deviation from project plan, leading for deviation dealing with project team 及时汇报项目计划中出现的偏差,并引导项目团队对偏差进行处理
l Active operation of change management(supplement) 对变更管理进行灵活操作(补充)
职位要求
l Bachelor or above 本科或以上学历
l Better to have electrical or automotive education background 优先机电/汽车工程背景
l Work Location：Beijing 工作地点：北京
l More than 3 years' Project management experience in relative areas，PMP is preferred
在相关领域内3年以上项目管理经验，PMP认证优先
l Knowledge of methods and tools of project management and in area of configuration
management (baseline...)Ability to lead, motivate, moderate, organize and communicate.

具备项目管理方法和工具知识，了解结构管理。具备领导、激励、适度、组织
和沟通能力,具备跨文化交际能力
l Dealing with conflicting interests and able to steer experts, guide / coach juniors in the team 擅于解决冲突，引入专家，指导和教练团队新员
l Fluent English 流利的英语
l Can work with challenge environment，and on-site engineering, will oversea travel
能适应挑战性环境，喜欢现场工程，愿意国外出差
