1. Graduated from Maritime University with Shipping related majors or having shipping related working experience, either on shore or off shore. Preferrable the graduates from Dalian Maritime University;
2. High level English ability capable of handling daily tasks on speaking, listening and writing;
3. Must be a team player and interested in thejob;
Working scope:
1. Monitoring the full implementation of SMS/MLC/ISPS, Flag & Class requirements both in house and on board;
2. Conducting ISM/MLC/ISPS internal audits and arranging external audits on both Class and Flag.
3. Crew assignments and managements;
4. Charter Party follow ups and implementation;
5. Claims handling and follow up on the crew,cargo and ship;
6. Daily operational management of the ship whenever and wherever is needed.
Company background:
The
company was established in London, UK in 1961 with the expertise in the
in-house management of geared bulk carriers. All of the 37 vessels under management
today have been acquired as new-buildings with the average age of 5 years and
they are all now on the long-term charter parties with Tier 1 charterers and 27
ships are to be delivered by year 2029. The position required is based in
Dalian as the solo facility in China.
