Your Main Tasks:
The main task of this position is assisting our Beijing Office’s daily business activities including supplier management, brand protection, and Wechat public channel operation.
1. Supplier Management:
1) Assist manager and headquarter in the US to source appropriate suppliers for ABRO new product lines, requesting for quotation and report to manager and related sales teams in time;
2) Assist headquarter in the US to communicate with new suppliers on work procedure, artworks and so on;
3) Assist headquarter in the US to negotiate with existing suppliers and figure out all issues related to price, payment term, package, quality, delivery time, exporting;
4) Responsible for supplier background research and filing;
2. Brand Protection:
1) Manage Trademark document;
2) Handle trademark registration and copyright registration;
3) Responsible for opposition/ invalidation/ appeal/ litigation material collection and preparation;
4) Investigate counterfeit products based on online investigation and other ways.
Your Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. 1-3 years working experience. Sourcing experience in automobile spare parts industry, and experience in brand or trademark protection is preferred.
3. Rigorous, precise and honest with strong sense of responsibility and adaptability；Working with passion and motivation;
4. Logic thinking, able to work independently, negotiation ability, good self-leaning ability, under stressful situations to tight deadlines；
5. Outgoing personality, good at communication and working in teams；
6. Fluent in written and spoken English, overseas education background is preferred；
7. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
