海外技术支持工程师

Zhongrui Group is a leading enterprise in the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) technology and service industry in China. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Qingdao, it has set up offices in Shenzhen, Jinan, Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan, Changsha, Dongguan, etc. Now Zhongrui group is looking for an overseas field application engineer. You are expected to help ensure our product supports our overall strategy and goals. You will collect and prioritize customer feedback and requirements. You will work closely with our R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure we meet all growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide overseas customers with pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales support for technical problems.

2. Collect and prioritize user feedback and requirements, communicate closely with the R&D team to solve the problems and optimize the products.

3. Follow up, analyze and solve user issues with R&D department to develop high-level products.

4. Cooperate with sales and marketing teams to provide customers with technical support and services.

5. Translate the technical documents of the products.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in communication engineering, computer science, electronic engineering, wireless communication, automatic control or other related fields, with more than three years of working experience.

2. CET4 or above. Ability to speak and write English fluently and communicate with overseas customers proficiently.

3. Familiar with telematics and IoT industry, and have a good knowledge of GSM/WCDMA/LTE/Lora and other wireless modules; Background or experience in data services, mobile phones, wireless module development, or technical support is preferred.

4. Ability to deal with customers’ needs from different cultural backgrounds, and willing to collaborate with other R&D colleagues.

5. Good problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service awareness.

6. High motivation and strong self-learning ability.

海外技术支持工程师
岗位职责：

1. 为海外客户提供售前，售中，售后产品使用相关技术问题的解答与支持。

2. 对客户反映的相关产品技术问题与研发沟通反馈，最终解决问题，优化产品。

3. 对客户问题跟踪，维护及管理。

4. 与销售和市场人员配合为客户提供技术支持与服务。

5. 翻译产品及技术文档。
岗位要求：
1. 通信， 计算机，电子， 无线，自动控制等相关专业， 统招本科以上学历。2年以上工作经验。

2. 英文四级以上，听说读写熟练，可与海外客户直接沟通。

3. 熟悉并热爱通信物联网物联网行业， 了解GSM/WCDMA/LTE, Lora等无线模块，数据业务，手机，无线模块开发测试和应用技术支持等经验者优先。

4. 擅长沟通， 处理不同文化背景客户需求，以及与内部研发人员沟通。

5. 有耐心，愿意为客户解答遇到的技术问题， 认真负责，具备优秀的客户服务意识，抗压能力强。

6. 擅长学习， 品行端正， 积极乐观。
