天津市环渤海船舶服务有限公司 Tianjin HBH Sea Service Co., Ltd.船舶防污染国家一级资质企业 Pollution Prevention National Certification First-Level enterprise公司简介天津市环渤海船舶服务有限公司成立于1992年，公司注册资本110万元人民币，经过近二十年的经营，固定资产已近4800万元人民币。目前公司主要从事天津港的船舶防污染处理、船舶油舱清洗、污油水处理等防污染相关业务。我公司是天津地区最早从事船舶防污染应急反应的公司，具备了丰富的船舶污染清除作业的实际经验。 2009年，公司顺利通过了《环境管理体系认证证书》（ISO14001：2004）及《质量管理体系认证证书》（ISO9001：2008）认证。我公司在船舶污染清除作业方面成绩斐然。仅2008年至2010年，就完成了“地中海乔安娜”号、“华腾轮”、“NEW TOYOKAZE”、“文峰山”轮、“阔斧轮”、“永丰77”轮、“CMA CGM BUTTERFLY”轮、“塞丽莎猎豹”轮、“航海油2”、“ROSSEL CURRENT”轮溢油、“振陵机048”轮沉船事故等船舶污染清除作业，在船舶污染海洋环境应急防备和应急反应方面取得了令人满意的成绩及大量的实践经验，获得了国内、外船东及相关单位一致好评。 2011年10月，我公司顺利通过国家海事局专家组审核，达到国家一级船舶污染清除单位资质。 Profile Tianjin HBH sea Service Co., Ltd was established in 1992, with registered capital of RMB 1.1 million yuan. After 20 years’ operation, the fixed assets has almost reached RMB 48 million yuan, At present, the company is mainly engaged in ship anti-pollution treatment, ship oil tank washing, slop water treatment and other anti-pollution relevant service in Tianjin Port. Our company is the earliest company that engaged in ship anti-pollution emergency response in Tianjin, and has rich experience in ship pollution cleanup operation. In 2009, the company passed the certifications of ISO14001：2004 and ISO9001：2008. Our company has good achievements in ships pollution cleanup operation. Only in 2008 to 2010, we have done the oil spill treatment for“Mediterranean Joanna”,“Hua Teng”,“NEW TOYOKAZE”,“Wen Feng Shan”,“Kuo Fu”,“Yong Feng 77”,“CMA CGM BUTTERFLY”,“Salisha Puma”,“Hang Hai You 2”,“ROSSEL CURRENT” ships, and sunk ship“Zhen Ling Ji 048” pollution cleanup. And we gained satisfactory achievement and lots of experience in emergency prevention and emergency response in ship pollution to the sea, and we won praise from ship owners and relevant units from domestic and abroad.
