Roles and Responsibilities:
l Provide operational and administrative support for sourcing activities within China, Japan and India, South Korea.
l System support in Ariba S2C module
l Data analysis for Procurement spend data
l Offer comparison for sourcing projects
l Support and coordinate with Procurement team assistant on completing contracting process, incl. contract uploading to Ariba tool, paper signing and electronic stamp process
l Support supplier registration and qualification process
l Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by SSU APAC team lead
Qualification Requirement:
l Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, engineering or other relevant discipline.
l Data analysis tools (Power BI, Python) Know how.
l Proactive, well-organized and the ability to work in a team environment
l A high detail-oriented working habit is a must-have
l Good command of English, both written and oral
l Good communication and interpersonal skills, willing to learn new things
l Be able to master office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint etc.
