职位描述
1.严格执行医院规章制度和护理操作规程，为成人内科患者提供全面、连续的疾病护理与健康指导；
2.与医生、护士及其他医疗团队成员高效沟通与协作，准确执行护士长或主管分配的护理任务；
3.密切监测并详细记录患者的生命体征及病情变化，在上级护士指导下准确、安全地执行药物治疗；
4.熟练完成各项内科常见护理操作，如静脉输液、采血、血糖监测、动脉血气分析标本采集等；
5.能够识别病人持续护理过程中的异常体征和症状，并迅速、准确地向主管医生或医疗团队报告；
6.与患者及家属保持良好、亲切的互动及沟通。
任职资格：
1.统招大专以上学历，持有护士执业资格证书；
2.公立二级甲等及以上医院或外资医院，5年以上工作经验；
3.熟练掌握成人内科常见病的护理常规、操作技能及急症应对流程；
4.具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识，有责任心和亲和力。。
