Scope and Authority
As a Supplier Quality Engineer you are driving the quality performance improvement of our supplier base. Using your technical knowledge, analytic thinking and excellent people skills, you’ll work closely with suppliers to build up a profound knowledge of their performance and manufacturing capabilities.

Main Tasks
• Measure and drive quality performance improvement
• Provide leadership in continuous improvement activities
• Conduct supplier audits, assessing the quality system and process control, and follow up on open ac-tions
• Conduct product and process audits, ensuring that product and processes meet the Marel requirements
• Review and approve documentation like: FMEAs and control plans
• Cooperate with the Marel organization in the selection of new, and the development of existing suppliers
• Be the lead contact concerning quality issues. Ensuring effective problem solving in order to prevent recurrence of issues

Education, Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor‘s Degree in the field of Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with various tools, like: Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, 8D, RCA, PPAP, etc.
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal, as well as local language
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
• Comfort with working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
• In this position you will be requested to travel and work with suppliers both locally and abroad

教育、知识和经验
机械或工业工程专业本科以上学历或相关工作经验
5年以上制造业相关工作经验
熟悉各种工具，如：精益，六西格玛，SPC, 8D， RCA， PPAP等。
良好的英语听说读写能力，以及当地语言能力
优秀的英语听说读写能力
能适应在多文化、多学科的组织中工作优先考虑
