Technical
Implementation & Development
· Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through
technical training sessions.
· Own and improve team-wide engineering practices
including code reviews and testing standards.
· Work closely with Architects and DevOps teams to
optimize system performance.
· Drive technical implementations for seamless
realization of business needs.

Who You Are - Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields,
with strong industry experience.

Years and Type of Experience:
·
4-6 years of software engineering
experience.
·
Experience leading epics with multiple
features across teams members.
·
Experience in component performance
optimization.
·
Experience mentoring engineers and
driving improvements.
·
Experience with infrastructure and
DevOps practices is advantageous.
·
Experience supporting architectural
decisions is advantageous.
·
Experience with multiple programming
languages is a plus.
·
Experience in medical technology
domain is a plus.
