1. Review Project Specific Health, Safety & Environmental Plan (PSHSEP) and ensure
compliance with HSE standards and specifications and local legislation.
审查项目施工安全环保方案，确保符合HSE标准和规范以及当地法规。
2. Engage with the main contractor on project performance and implementation of the
PSHSEP, particularly safe systems of work (hazard identification, risk
assessment, communication of hazards and controls), subcontractor control
processes, worker engagement, and communication practices.
与主承包商一起确保按照项目施工安全环保方案进行施工，并实现项目安全环保绩效指标，特别是在安全工作体系如危险识别、风险评估、危险沟通和控制、分包商安全管理、施工人员参与和沟通等方面。
3. Execute daily independent review of work on the floor, verification of safe practices, qualification/competencies, and stop work authority behaviors.
对施工现场进行日常检查，核实安全操作规范、安全资格/能力，以及停止不安全工作的行为和意识。
i. Any daily activity plan associated with tasks with LIFE energy risks or LIFE programs shall be verified 100% until confirmation that all the necessary controls are in place and well executed.

ii. Continue
to provide continuous oversight for daily activity plan process execution
prioritizing oversight of those with greatest potential for LIFE events.

iii. Ensure chances found during daily activity plan process evaluations are considered in construction planning meetings, and that any trends are properly addressed along with the leading indicator results reported for the activity planning metric

4. Prepare reports with observations, recommendations, and escalation as required.

7. Review LIFE related near misses, events, and recordables as well as required root cause analysis and provide feedback to the Project HSE Supervision. Prepare LIFE safety alerts.

8. Member of communication and governance processes that includes Owner’s HSE for the site and project meetings for HSE agenda topics.
