主要工作职责及任务Main Responsibilities & Tasks
1. 参与设备自动化前期概念设计及定义Participate machine concept design and definition
1) 和机械设计工程师一起进行概念设计Work with designer for new machine concept design
2) 参与电气零部件的选型及定义 Define automatic element and selection
3) 预测电气成本estimate automatic cost
4) 准备电气进度时间计划表prepare automation schedule
2. 自动化设计automation design
1) 与电气供应商一起完成电气件的定义 work with supplier to finalize automatic elements
2) 提交电气清单 prepare automatic elements BOM
3) 自动化程序设计Design programs
4) 跟踪电气件的采购进度Follow up material prepare plan
5) 管理电气成本manage and control automatic elements cost.
3. 设备自动化调试及验收Program debugging and participate acceptance
1) 设备程序调试Program debugging
2) 与电工协同，指导电工工作 work with electrician and support them
3) 程序变更管理program ECR manage
4) 电气部件资料的归档整理 Archive electric documents
5) 参与设备验收 participate acceptance
4. 持续改进，优化节拍时间CT continue improvement
1) 厂内和客户端安装调试Machine debugging inhouse and at customer side
2) 持续优化节拍时间CT continue improvement
3) 自动化文件程序更新及移交 Documentation and transfer
5. 推进标准化工作Drive Standardized work
1) 推动标准化，研发适合Faurecia设备需要的标准模块。Launch standardized work; develop standard programs models for Faurecia.

6. 附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions
