The position requires exceptional materials management skills and supply sourcing expertise in a dynamic and fast paced environment, especially knowledge of mechanical parts and interconnectors, and experiences on contract manufacturing supply chain in multinational manufacturing industry.
What you’ll be doing:
• Collaborate with Engineering Program Mgmt. teams to understand build requirements for new products supporting bring-up boards for validation and qualification. Support the engineers’ requests on supply sourcing, samples delivery and risk buy.
• Generate consolidated SD report, hold regular meetings with CM and suppliers for critical parts, clarify the demand/design changes, allocate the constraint parts, commit the supply.
• Cooperation with engineers and CM on new vendor/part release, PPV approval, green light confirmation. Monitor and measure CM’s performance on PO release, supply commitment accuracy, cost reduction and inventory management.
• Monitor BOM changes and ensure all changes/deviations are executed timely by CM sides. Take repaid response to source the available supply for the last-minute changes as build starts.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks using data analytics. Develop data-driven contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies to minimize the impact of potential disruptions.
• Manage Buy/Sell activities to maintain the site balance between CMs.
• Solve the supply issue, reduce the production/logistics LT, grantee the on-time delivery. Consolidate critical shortages and provide the material status updates to cross functional teams for NPI builds.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NPI supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Find opportunities to optimize the procurement strategy, maintain safety stock, and improve overall supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, IE, supply chain or Business preferred, with 5+ years most recent experience in NPI materials management, or supply chain management.
• Experience with sourcing tools, rich experience on different commodities including EE, Mech, Interconnector etc. along with strong understanding of NPI processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech industry.
• Experience working with BOM/MRP in OEM/CM environment required.
• Project skills and experience on AI-driven tools design/ development as business user is a strong plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analytics tools and advanced Excel skills.

资格:
1. 本科或同等学历,运营、工业工程、供应链或商务相关专业优先,5年以上新产品导入材料管理或供应链管理经验。
2. 具有采购工具经验,丰富的不同商品经验,包括电子设备,机械,互连器等,以及对新产品导入流程和供应链动态的深刻理解。
3. 具有供应链管理经验,有制造业或高科技行业经验者优先。
4. 有在OEM/CM环境中处理BOM/MRP的经验。
