Product Master Data Specialist

Key Accountabilities
1. Ensure product master data is well maintained with targets quality measures and keep regular check on data quality for compliance purpose.
2. Work closely with various GSC functions, marketing and GLT to ensure accurate Item Master Form set up and up to date “ONE SKU” file.
3. Code setup SPA for JDE/Lightning/Kinaxis/JDE webtool/fusion/streamline, etc.
4. Information collection for Code setting, coordinate with different team
5. Support NPI tag weekly/monthly meeting dashboard
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operation research, data analysis or a related field, advanced degree preferred
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
Experience
• Minimum 3-years related working experience preferably in data management in supply chain operations, marketing operations, etc.
• Understanding of Product Life Cycle, Plant Operation and S&OP process
• SAP/Kinaxis experience preferred
• Experienced in new product launch, or supply planning process and system
