抗体药物理化分析研究员

Responsibilities:
• Independently conduct routine analytical screenings, including SEC, CIEX, CE-SDS, N-glycan analysis, etc
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive experimental records
• Interpret complex data and communicate results effectively to colleagues
• Work with corporate on instrumental maintenance and troubleshooting
• Design and execute analytical method development, draft and review SOPs, and transfer methods to QC
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or Chemistry; or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in the analytical department of a biopharmaceutical company.
• Proficient in operating analytical instruments such as HPLC, electrophoresis, spectroscopy, etc.
• Strong English writing and oral communication skills are preferred.
