质量工程师Quality Engineer

职责描述Duties：
1. 检验所采购的零部件是否符合图纸的技术规格要求；

the purchased components meet the technical specifications requirements of the
drawings
2. 日常车间巡检，控制不合格品，分析不良原因，提供改进建议；
Conduct daily
inspections, control non-conforming products, analyze the causes of defects,
and provide improvement suggestions;
3. 制定产品的检验标准，负责对公司生产部进行质量控制；
Develop product
inspection standards and be responsible for quality control of the company's
production department;
4. 对产品、原物料、加工品等规格及作业标准，提出改善意见或建议；
Provide
improvement suggestions or recommendations for the specifications and operating
standards of products, raw materials, processed products, etc;
5. 收集质量信息，总结困难和缺陷，及时上报，并向相关部门通报质量控制结果
Collect quality
information, summarize difficulties and defects, report them in a timely
manner, and report the quality control results to relevant departments
6. 突发事件及品质异常的处理与沟通；
Handling and
communication of emergencies and quality abnormalities;
7. 负责机械部件半成品检验、成品检验，完成检验报告；

inspecting semi-finished and finished mechanical components;
8. 负责生产过程中的质量控制；

organizing internal and external audits of the quality system.
9. 负责组织质量体系内审及外审相关工作

任职要求Requirements：
1. 机械专业本科学历；统招本科，机械工程、质量管理相关专业
Bachelor's
degree in Mechanical Engineering; Full time undergraduate program in Mechanical
Engineering and Quality Management
2. 开放的成熟的沟通能力，跨部门的协调问题解决的能力
Open and mature
communication skills, cross departmental coordination and problem-solving
abilities
3. 有实际的不锈钢和碳钢件的焊接及表面工艺处理等质量控制经验
Have practical
experience in quality control such as welding and surface treatment of
stainless steel and carbon steel parts
4. 成套设备行业相关工作经验5年以上
More than 5
years of relevant work experience in the complete equipment industry
5. 有直面给问题的勇气及能力，及时解决质量方面的关切
Have the courage
and ability to face problems directly and promptly address quality concerns
6. 熟悉质量管理方法和质量管理工具，具备8D、5H2W等对问题分析及解决的能力
Familiar with
quality management methods and tools，and the ability to analyze and solve problems
using 8D, 5H2W, and other techniques
7. 熟悉ISO9001体系，有内审员证书优先
Familiar with
ISO9001 system, with internal auditor certificate preferred
8. 有一定英文基础，可以独立完成英文报告及回复回复英文邮件
Have a certain
foundation in English, able to independently complete English reports and reply
to English emails
9. 熟练操作办公软件word, Excel, PPT等
Proficient in
