工作内容，项目：
监控和维护AI机器模型，以帮助杨森医药代表可以在这款AI商业分析引擎中找到对应的医生。

要求：所有的数据建模和测算，都可以用到实际场景中。

招人要求：计算机科学、统计学、机器学习、人工智能或相关学科的教育背景，且必须会Python编程。英语流利，且必须有Data Science + Machine Learning的工作经验。需要有LLM(大语言模型)/GenAI(生成式AI)的经验。

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with experience in both Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and machine learning, along with the ability to effectively develop and deploy machine learning models in production environments. Fluency in English is also required to effectively communicate and collaborate across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:
 Implement and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
 Optimize scalable and efficient data pipelines and data processing workflows to handle large volumes of data for model training and inference.
 Deploy machine learning models into production, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability in a production environment.
 Continuously monitor model performance, identify areas of improvement, and proactively propose and implement model optimization techniques.
 Perform other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:
• Proficiency in both Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering, with a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
