legal specialist（外资制药，三方合同）

 Address legal consultation regarding clinical research, review contracts, PoAs, and other legal documents.
 Provide legal advice on personal information protection related to clinical research, draft and review data protection clauses, privacy policies, and other legal documents.
 Support legal entity establishment, registration changes, and board document management.
 Assist dispute resolution such as patient compensation claim.
 Managing external legal counsel service and payment formalities.
 Support the management and maintenance of electronic contracts and seal systems.
The staff of outsourcing service provider shall be capable of completing legal task independently prusuangt to internal legal requirement on working process and standard in timely manner.
Must Have：
English Proficiency: English as a working language; capable of drafting and reviewing English contracts and participating in meetings with HQ and legal colleagues.
Educational Background: Must have at least one full-time legal education degree at either the undergraduate or graduate level.
Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience with no industry restrictions. Previous experience in clinical research is not mandatory, but candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
Experience in a well-known foreign enterprise or law firm.
Graduated from a prestigious university.
