Responsible for the preparation, training and implementation of process and technical documents and quality related documents of the production department (work instructions, operation instructions, standardized work instructions, etc.); 负责生产部工艺技术文件及质量相关文件的编制、培训及实施（作业指导书、操作指导书、标准化作业指导书等）；
• Responsible for product quality management of the production department, organize investigation, analysis and treatment of products with quality problems, take specific measures according to specific quality problems, and finally form experience and lesson files on the process of solving quality problems, and train employees; 负责生产部产品质量管理，对发生质量问题的产品组织调查、分析及处理，根据具体质量问题采取具体措施，最终将质量问题的解决过程形成经验教训文件，培训员工；
• Actively participate in internal audit and audit, analyze the causes of problems and formulate measures;
积极参与内、外审和应审，针对问题分析原因制定整改措施；
• Responsible for KPI improvement related to quality;
负责质量相关的KPI改善（报废率、返工率、客户投诉等）；
• Inspection staff strictly implement the requirements of process parameter table, working instruction and other process documents to ensure that the process of field production is under control;
巡查员工严格执行工艺参数表、作业指导书等工艺文件的要求，确保现场生产的工艺为受控状态 ；
• Participate in new product development and commissioning;
参与新产品开发和调试；
• Plan and participate in various on-site improvement activities (e.g. continuous improvement of process technology, quality, cost, Sap, MES data collection, etc.);
• 策划并参与现场各种改进活动（如：工艺技术优化、质量、成本、Sap、MES数据收集等的持续改善工作）；
• Master MES&SAP operation skills and transfer operators to deal with MES&SAP work reporting problems in the production process;
掌握MES&Sap操作技能并转训操作工，处理生产过程MES&Sap报工问题；
• Other work assigned by your superiors
