Responsibilities工作职责: - Responsible for customer support of test and measurement instruments; 负责测量测试仪器的客户支持; - Provide remote technical support to customers via email/phone call; 通过邮件或者电话,为客户提供远程技术支持; - Work closely with colleagues of P&S department and resolve technical problems efficiently; 与P&S部门的同事紧密合作,高效地解决技术问题; - Ensure each support case is closed, input cases into database; 确保每件支持案例都结案,并输入案例到数据库; - Collect frequently asked questions and answers, input into database; 收集常见的问题及解答,输入数据库; - Share information with headquarter and other customer support centers; 与总部以及其它区域客户支持中心分享信息; Qualifications职位要求: - Bachelor degree or above,Majored in Electronics /Telecomm Engineering or related is a plus; 学士学位及以上学历,电子/通信工程或相关专业优先; - Good knowledge of RF and radio communication techniques; 对射频和移动通信有深入了解; - Familiar with one or more programming language (C/C++, VB, MATLAB, Python etc.) is preferred; 熟悉一种或多种编程语言者(C/C++, VB, MATLAB, Python等) 优先; - Strong interest and passion in serving customers via email or phone call; 对基于电话或邮件的客户服务工作有很大的兴趣和热情; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Chinese and English; 良好的中英文口头和书面沟通技巧; - Good team work spirit and skills; 良好的团队合作精神和技巧; - Kind, patient and customer-friendly. 亲和,有耐心,对客户友好。
