Summary: 1. Preparation and administration of customer contracts for on-boarding new customers, termination, renewals, updating etc., consistent with global standards. Ensure electronic and physical documentation are complete and adhere to document retention policies. 2. Initiate and maintain customer contract records in the systems to enable customer orders, shipping, billing and tracking/reporting. Ensure data integrity and accuracy of records and adheres to Contract Management’s data entry and tracking policies. 3. Participate in worldwide global contract management and contracting projects. Description: The position supports the management of all sales related agreements and contracts. Communicates with business teams on requested information and proper documentation regarding contracts on a regular basis. Collects, maintains, and distributes all documents. You should have good communication skills, strong attention to detail. Have the ability to independently solve problems, prioritize requests, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and abilities to work under deadlines. Key Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree 2. At least 3 years of working experience on contracts, business/sales operation and etc. 3. Strong written and oral skills in English. 4. Project management and ERP system experience is preferred.
