SCOPE
OF WORK
Change & Communications Manager is responsible for oversight of change management
activities including creation and execution of a change plan across three areas.
o Change & engagement - Identify and
engage user stakeholders, assess change impact, create user journeys to support
end-users through the change, create, and drive a change adoption plan,
determine change readiness, and measure change adoption.
o Communication - Create and execute a
communication strategy, using different channels and forums such as e-mail,
SharePoint, posters, banners, tv-screens, movies, etc.
o Training - Perform learning needs analysis
and determine learning strategy, create training materials, and facilitate user
training.
WORK
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for the following candidate.
Education & Experience
·
Minimum of 5 years relevant
working experience in the area of change management, communication, and/or
education
·
Functional knowledge of
organizational change management
·
Experience with implementation
of changes in a cross-cultural, cross-functional, and fast-paced project
environment
·
Experience working in a project
team and in leading change and communication activities.
·
Experience with setting up user
journeys, adoption plans, change adoption survey and/or customer satisfaction
surveys (Voice of the Customer)
·
Experience with a global
transformation project
and experience with ERP projects is preferred.
·
Ability to translate
information to effectively communicate with all levels of the business.
·
Coordinate all activities with
the Asia project manager and global change manager.
·
Collaborate with Asia sector
ERP change managers for Asia program alignment.
