外贸跟单专员（阀门）

岗位职责：
1. 协调开立信用证等关于执行合同的商务操作；
2. 督促供货商按照合同要求组织生产和交货；检查供货商的生产进度，及时发现可能导致重大延误的情况并协助公司内部相关部门采取应对措施；
3. 根据实际生产情况，协助公司内部质量部门安排产品检验；
4. 根据实际备货情况，协助公司内部相关部门“租船订舱”，协调供货商发运货物；
5. 督促供货商准备交货文件并协助公司内部相关部门检查文件的形式和内容；
6. 完成领导交办的其他工作；

任职要求：
1. 国际贸易从业经历优先。
2.有外贸、跟单、项目处理经验，了解钢管，管件，法兰，阀门的产品知识。
3.至少3年石化管道工作经验，熟悉阀门产品，熟悉国内制造商
4.良好的英语听说读写能力
5. 熟练使用办公软件，EXCEL等；
6. 为人正直，具有良好的职业道德和敬业精神；
7. 吃苦耐劳，积极主动，执行力强，良好的团队合作精神。
8. 对应聘者的外语要求：英语六级以上、若熟悉小语种如西班牙语者优先。

Expeditor

Main duties:
· Responsible of the coordination of all the commercialoperation on the contract execution such as Letter of Credit issue.
· Responsible for the delivery time of the supply, monitoring production on the base of fabrication schedule issued by Suppliers, anticipate possible delays and cooperate with relevant department for take countermeasures.
· Verify that the Suppliers/Sub-Suppliers follow schedule strictly and cooperate with Quality department to ensure provide qualified products to the clients.
· Coordinate with quality department for the final inspection or loading inspection.
· Coordinate for the delivery of the cargo with logistic department or nominated forwarder for cargo collection;
· Monitor sand urges vendors to submit the final shipping documents and ensure the validity of the documents.
· Complete other work assigned by superior.

Qualifications Requirements:
· Relevant experience on International trade experience is preferred.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills and cost conscious.
· Familiar with computer skill, EXCEL, WORD and other office software.
· Bachelor’s degree or Above.
· Good English ability, writing and speaking.
· Positive initiative, good execution andhigh integrity with team spirit.
