Quotation Specialist

Position Title: Construction Cost Estimation & Quotation Specialist
Employment Type: Full-time / Internship
1. Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for construction project(Fenestration Work)quotation compilation and cost accounting, and complete engineering quantity statistics based on construction drawings and specifications. Assist in preparing quotation materials during the bidding and tendering phase to ensure quotation compliance and accuracy.
2. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for price inquiries(Real Estate Project), collate and compare quotation documents.
3. Conduct simple oral English communication, handle English emails, quotation documents and other written materials to guarantee smooth cross-border business communication.
4. File and manage quotation and inquiry related documents, and establish a sound price information database.
2. Job Requirements
1. Education Background: College diploma or above.
2. Major/Experience: Fresh graduates or interns majoring in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Construction Cost, Civil Engineering and other related disciplines; or with around 3 years of working experience in architecture or construction engineering design, construction or cost management.
3. English Proficiency: CET-4 or above, or with IELTS/TOEFL test experience, capable of proficient written English communication and basic oral English communication.
4. Skills & Competencies: Basic knowledge of construction engineering structure and construction processes; rigorous work attitude; proficiency in autoCAD, Word, Excel and other basic office and professional software is a plus.
