造价工程师

职责描述：
1、根据设计方案，参与编制整个项目的目标成本并提供优化建议；
based on design, participate the preparation of project the budget of the whole project and providing optimization suggestions；
3、参与工程设计、咨询、施工、材料和设备招标、投资控制；
involve into project design, consultant, construction, materials and equipment bidding as well as investment control；
4、根据项目进度，参与编制项目资金计划；
Participate the preparation of project fund plan according to project schedule；
5、草拟各个标段的招标文件、施工合同，并对每个标段的招标模式提供优化建议；
Draft bidding documents and construction contracts for each bidding section, and provide optimization suggestions for the bidding mode of each bidding section;
6、参与、审核招标评标活动和相关合同谈判;
involve and audit bidding, bid evaluation activities and relevant contract negotiation;
7、参与关键设备的询价费用控制；
involves into the enquiry for key equipment and the cost control;
9、不断建立和完善建设项目的费用审核制度。
improve and perfect the completion settlement regulations.
10、监督、控制、审核工程进度款、洽商及签证变更；
verify, control and audit the project variation order;
11、管理相关咨询管理公司的预决算工作和内部组织协调；
manage and coordinate with the management company about the budget and cost control work
任职要求：
1、工程等相关专业，本科或以上学历，具有造价师或同等类似资质；
Engineering related major, bachelor degree or above，with the qualifications of Cost Engineer or similar；
2、具有至少五年以上成本管理或概预算工作经验，熟悉水处理行业/市政行业/化工项目工程概预算优先，有驻场经验优先
5-10 years or above working experiences on cost estimate, familiar with water treatment/ municipal/chemical industries projects is preferable， field working experience is preferred
3、掌握施工工艺并熟悉各项定额、取费标准的组成和计算方法，其中包括国家和本地区、本行业的规定
Familiar with construction process and quotas, charge criteria, government regulations etc.
4、能独立算量、组价；能审核工程量计算；能独立编制概、预算
Ability to calculate and verify the volume of project, able to compile cost estimate
independently.
5、能适应短期出差以及高强度的工作，能配合项目进展进驻工地现场；
Able to work under pressure, work on site as per requirement of the project
6、具有英语读写能力优先考虑。
English: Reading and writing capability is a plus
