Job Title: Brand Designer
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for planning and managing influencer-based media buying campaigns on platforms like Douyin (Tiktok) and Xiaohongshu (RedNote). This includes selecting the right KOLs and KOCs based on brand goals and product features. Experience with celebrity-led campaigns is a strong plus.
2. Stay on top of platform algorithms, trending topics, and user behavior across Douyin and Xiaohongshu. Track performance metrics such as impressions, engagement, and conversion rates for each campaign. Monitor competitors and industry data to spot new trends early and adjust campaign direction accordingly.
3. Work closely with brand, content, and operations teams to ensure that campaign strategy and content align with the overall brand message and marketing objectives. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
【Qualifications】
1. Portfolio required – Showcase FMCG/Homecare projects that demonstrate brand storytelling and technical precision.
2. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, or related fields. Candidates with beauty/FMCG industry experience prioritized.
3. Fluent English is required for the all-English interview. Candidates with excellent IELTS or TOEFL scores are preferred.
4. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in fast-paced e-commerce design environments, capable of leading creative projects from concept to execution, such as double-eleven marketing campaigns.
5. Software Proficiency: Essential: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma. Preferred: 3D modeling (Blender/C4D), motion design (After Effects), and AI tools (MidJourney for concept ideation).
6. A trend-hunter’s mindset – Translate emerging aesthetics (e.g., dopamine decor, neo-deco typography) into commercially viable designs. Bonus for skincare science literacy (e.g., visually explaining hyaluronic acid layering).
