Job Title: Business Development Specialist

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for developing resources for live commerce channels by connecting with influencers, streamers, and MCN agencies; expanding the influencer network, building and maintaining a resource database, and fostering long-term partnerships with high-quality content creators.

2. Constantly explore new collaboration models and creative approaches with influencers, based on market demand and platform characteristics. Optimize influencer partnership processes to enhance the sustainability and profitability of these collaborations.

3. Responsible for end-to-end KOL/KOC live commerce operations on Douyin, T-mall and other platforms. Break down annual GMV targets into monthly action plans and ensure ROI efficiency through data-optimized resource allocation. Monitoring marketing data, content marketing, and sales performance, and promptly adjusting sales strategies and content strategies.

【Qualifications】

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related majors.

2. Fluent English is required for the all-English interview. Candidates with excellent IELTS or TOEFL scores are preferred.

3. 1–3 years of hands-on experience running high-GMV live commerce campaigns, with a strong preference for candidates who have developed deep expertise in FMCG categories.

4. Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills; highly goal-oriented and able to proactively take ownership of tasks and drive execution. Creative and bold in exploring new ideas, with a strong willingness to experiment and innovate in live commerce.
