【岗位职责】
1. 负责公司行政工作的组织和管理,并有效地推行实施和监督跟踪完成;
2. 负责行政资源的分配、分析,优化行政费用成本,监控和提升公司后勤资源的使用效能;
3. 负责员工福利管理,包括拟定公司福利方案、选择的供应商、采购福利用品等;
4. 组织开展企业文化建设,策划和执行员工团建活动方案,协助企业内刊的组稿和审稿工作;
5. 负责企业外联工作,包括与行业协会的沟通协调、公司证照的办理和年审等;
6. 负责公司物业管理,包括公司物业的租赁,车辆、员工宿舍和样品间的管理;
7. 负责各项办公费用的结算和费用统计分析。
【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历;
2. 3年以上行政、文秘类相关工作经验,具备行政管理经验者优先;
3. 英语良好,CET-6及以上优先,能熟练阅读英文简历,具备基础英文沟通能力;
4. 具备较强的团队管理及问题解决能力;
5. 责任心强,工作主动细致,抗压性突出,结果导向明确。

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Oversee and manage the company's administrative operations, ensuring effective implementation, supervision, and follow-up on execution.
2. Allocate and analyze administrative resources, optimize administrative costs, and monitor and enhance the efficiency of后勤 resource utilization.
3. Manage employee welfare programs, including designing welfare plans, selecting suppliers, and procuring welfare items.
4. Drive corporate culture initiatives, plan and execute team-building activities, and assist in the solicitation and review of content for the company's internal publications.
5. Handle external liaison tasks, including coordinating with industry associations and managing company licenses and annual inspections.
6. Oversee property management, including leasing, vehicle management, employee dormitories, and sample rooms.
7. Settle and analyze various administrative expenses, compiling statistical reports as needed.
【Job Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration or secretarial roles, with prior experience in administrative management being a plus.
3. Proficiency in English, with CET-6 or above preferred; capable of reading English resumes and handling basic communication in English.
4. Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
5. High sense of responsibility, proactive and detail-oriented work style, strong resilience under pressure, and a results-driven mindset.
