语文老师

岗位职责：
1. 负责语文学科的日常授课工作（每周 20-24 课时）；
2. 制定课程规划，协作开发学校的教学项目；
3. 担任多名学生的导师，针对学生情况及时反馈给各学科教师，与家长及时沟通学生在校
学习情况；
4. 组织课外活动，并组建本学科社团活动；
5. 承担学校运行的相关工作（如图书馆值班、晚自习值班、周末值班、运动场值班等）；
6. 参加学校组织的教师培训、公开课竞赛、教研反馈等学科活动；
7. 完成领导安排的工作。
任职要求：
1. 硕士学历及以上，在其授课领域内拥有本科学历；
2. 三年上语文学科教学经验；
3. 具备人文领域通识和教研能力，能够帮助学生初步建立宏观人文观、历史观；
4. 掌握与教学相关的科技手段；
5. 完整、真实的教师资格证及其相关证明材料；
6. 能够提供丰富多彩的、高质量的课外活动；
7. 国际教学经验及中英双语沉浸式教学经验者优先;
8. 具备基础音乐知识者优先
Position: Chinese Language TeacherJob Responsibilities:1.Responsible for teaching Chinese language courses (20–24 class hours per week).2.Develop course plans and collaborate in the creation of the school’s instructional programs.8.Serve as a mentor for multiple students, providing timely feedback to teachers of other subjects based on students’ learning situations, and maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ academic performance at school.3.Organize extracurricular activities and establish subject-related clubs.4.Undertake school operational duties (such as library duty, evening study supervision, weekend supervision, sports field supervision, etc.).5.Participate in teacher training, open class competitions, teaching research, and feedback sessions organized by the school.6.Complete other tasks assigned by the school leadership.Requirements:1.Master’s degree or above, with a bachelor’s degree in the relevant teaching field.2.At least three years of Chinese language teaching experience.3.Possess broad knowledge in the humanities and strong teaching research skills, with the ability to help students develop a foundational understanding of human culture and history from a macro perspective.4.Proficient in using technology tools related to teaching.5.Hold valid and authentic teaching qualifications and relevant supporting documents.6.Able to provide diverse and high-quality extracurricular activities.7.International teaching experience and bilingual (Chinese-English) immersive teaching experience preferred.8.Basic music knowledge is an advantage.
