Java工程师

Responsibilities(负责):
· Participate in ERP/CRM/others project on in-house applications.
参与公司内部产品的研发，包括ERP/CRM以及其它应用平台。
· Develop, design & enhance applications to continuously perform stably & reliably.
负责设计、研发、测试以及优化现有产品。
· Gather user requirements and perform basic analysis.
收集和整理客户需求，并做需求分析。
· Conduct UAT/SIT to ensure the application is ready to roll out.
负责测试环境和研发环境的产品发布和迭代。
Requirements（能力）:
· Strong Java skills and Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security，Spring Cloud). 2+ years of working experience in software development, Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Java Developer。
较强的Java编写能力，特别是在SpringBoot3+和微服务方面，至少具备2年的编程经验。
· Strong SQL operation abilities and performance optimization, include stored procedures programs, create indexes to speed up. MySQL and PostgreSQL for more than 1 years ‘experience.
较强的数据库操作能力，包括SQL编写，以及建立表索引、编写存储过程等。有1年以上MySQL、PostgreSQL编程经验。
· API Design sides, good at Rest API program and make secure of interface, Used Redis、Kafka、MQ would be plus.
较强的API编写能力，特别是Rest API以及确保接口安全。
· Good at Workflow Engine, such as one of flowable, Activiti, Camunda.
熟悉规则引擎/工作流引擎，如flowable, Activiti, Camunda等一种或多种
· Good at MyBatis or Hibernate skills, known XML coding is plus.
拥有MyBatis 或者Hibernate方面的工作经验，熟悉XML更好。
· Good at analysis, known UML to build business, data and class model, working experience ERP and CRM is plus.
擅长分析，可以使用UML工具在业务分析，数据构建和功能模块阶段进行建模。
· Known Linux operation command, and simple network knowledge.
熟悉Linux操作系统常用命令、网络配置、Shell脚本编写。
· Used Maven, Docker, Git/GitHub/SVN to control version Iteration.
必须具备代码管控，版本迭代工具的使用经验，包括版本之间的合并整合。
· Good interpersonal communication skills and able to work independently
较好的人际关系，善于沟通，能够承受压力，具备独立完成任务的能力。
· Experience in integrating AI modules is plus but not necessarily.
如果具备AI方面的编程经验将会加分，但不是必须。
· Bachelor’s degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
计算机相关专业毕业，其它专业的优秀者也会考虑。
· Working in Shenzhen Office, but Task and team manager from Hong Kong Office.
工作在深圳，但是大部分任务和管理来自于香港。
